Position Overview
We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Agent to perform data entry processing of ACA applications. This remote, work-from-home role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who is comfortable working with Salesforce and other CRM tools to accurately enter and manage prospect applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and input ACA applications with accuracy and efficiency.
- Work within Salesforce and other CRM systems to manage and track applications.
- Review and verify applicant information to ensure compliance with ACA guidelines.
- Communicate with internal teams to resolve application issues or missing information.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of all processed applications.
- Follow company policies and industry regulations to uphold data integrity and client confidentiality.
Qualifications
- Active Health Insurance License (Texas) required.
- Experience with ACA applications and health insurance processes preferred.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM tools (or ability to learn quickly).
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members as needed.
