Position Overview

Phil-Am Insurance Agency and Legacy Lead Media are hiring a Senior GoHighLevel Automation & Funnel Architect to design, build, and optimize high-performance automation systems, templates, and funnels that power both our internal operations and our nationwide agent network.

This role is heavily execution-focused.

A significant portion of your responsibility will be:

• Building advanced automation workflows

• Creating reusable funnel templates

• Developing scalable agent-ready systems

• Engineering process optimization through CRM logic

We are not looking for someone who “knows GHL.”
We are looking for someone who builds infrastructure inside GHL.

Core Focus of This Role

1. Automation Engineering (Primary Function)

• Build multi-layer email/SMS nurture campaigns

• Create lead qualification workflows

• Develop recruiting automation

• Design onboarding automation for new agents

• Build SOP-trigger workflows (task-based automation)

• Implement dynamic tagging logic

• Configure calendar routing automation

• Build reactivation and retention campaigns

• Optimize pipeline movement triggers

You will design systems that remove manual friction.

2. Funnel & Template Creation (Major Component)

• Build high-converting funnels for:

  • Medicare consultations

  • Webinar registrations

  • Recruiting discovery calls

  • Lead magnet downloads

• Create standardized templates agents can deploy

• Develop plug-and-play systems for our SaaS clients

• Maintain snapshot architecture for scalable deployment

• Optimize UX, mobile responsiveness, and tracking

Your work must be replicable and scalable.

3. Agent Optimization Systems

A key part of this role is building tools that help our agents:

• Increase appointment show rates

• Improve lead follow-up speed

• Automate client communication

• Track performance through pipeline automation

• Implement quarterly client outreach (OTC, renewals, etc.)

• Streamline recruiting and referral flows

You are building systems that directly increase production efficiency.

4. SaaS Deployment & Infrastructure

• Maintain and update master snapshot builds

• Configure SaaS sub-accounts

• Implement Stripe billing logic

• Ensure clean custom field mapping

• Maintain white-label integrity

• Improve onboarding automation for new users

5. Data Integrity & System Optimization

• Clean database structure

• Fix mapping issues (FB Lead Ads, webhooks, Zapier)

• Improve campaign attribution tracking

• Monitor automation conflicts

• Build reporting dashboards

Required Experience

• 3+ years of deep GoHighLevel experience

• Advanced workflow logic & trigger sequencing knowledge

• Proven funnel build experience

• Experience building reusable snapshots

• Facebook Lead Ads mapping experience

• Strong troubleshooting skills

• Experience deploying automation for multiple clients/accounts
