Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for data entry, file organization, and customer follow-up, ensuring efficient operations and excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate data entry into internal systems and databases.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical files for easy access and retrieval.
- Follow up with customers as needed via phone, email, or other communication channels.
- Assist with general office tasks and administrative duties as required.
- Collaborate with team members to support smooth business operations.
- Social Media across multiple platforms for various lines of business
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, data entry clerk, or similar role.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other data management tools.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Excellent Language Skills - English mandatory
